Why start therapy with me?

Personalized care: Every person and partnership is unique. I tailor sessions to your goals, strengths, and pace—no one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Practical tools: You’ll learn skills that work in real life—stress reduction, communication techniques, emotion regulation, and problem-solving strategies you can use between sessions.

Collaborative partnership: Therapy is a team effort. I provide structure, honest feedback, and a safe space so you can explore, experiment, and grow.

How long does therapy take?

Some clients will achieve their goals within the first few sessions, others will take longer. On average, individuals struggling with anxiety disorders find relief in 8 sessions. Couples seeking therapy average 6 months to change their relational patterns. The best predictor of brevity is how motivated the client is to change, and almost all clients report feeling positive change after the first session.

What should I expect?

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a working relationship based on safety, trust, and compassion. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing, your personal goals, and what led you to seek guidance. Based on our discussion, we’ll determine how we can best work together and develop a plan of action.
