I can help you stop the cycle and release the grip it has on your life. 

DEPRESSION: We all feel sad sometimes, but if these feelings are starting to feel heavy, or felt heavy for a long time, let’s talk. Depression can happen from a variety a factors like life dissatisfaction, disturbances in routine, struggles in relationships, past trauma or experiences, and chemical changes. Working with someone to sort through what’s happening for you and what can really work to feel better can be the start of feeling happy again.

LIFE TRANSITIONS: Being human can be so hard sometimes, luckily you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a safe space filled with compassion and acceptance to look for guidance on your next chapter.
